Just some tips!
If you have rough/cracked feet or heels, athlete’s feet or toenail fungus you came to the right place.
When you get out of the shower:
1. Make sure you dry your feet and especially in between your toes.
2. After they’re all dry get some coconut oil and rub them all over your feet.
3. If you have sweet almond oil, rub that on too.
4. FINALLY, if you have fungus on your toenails invest in some VICKS, rub that on your heels, toes, in between your toes and apply it to your toenails.
• VICKS really helps with rough feet and toenail fungus.
Remember to let your feet breath; that means no nail polish if you’re trying to get rid of toenail fungus.
I promise all of this works!
