Frustrated

I am so frustrated with my husband. During the week he is only wake at home for 2.5 hours a day. I get that he doesn't want to hold our lo the second he walks in the door, but I feel like I have to make him hold her. Yesterday I called him out on it and told him that when he is home I need him to step up. I need that little break. Once again he didn't take her until about 30 minutes before his bedtime. I get that this may not be his favorite stage and that he worked all day. Is it too much to ask for him to spend a little more time with her? anyone else having this problem?
