Does anyone know of a good appetite suppressant? I am seriously hungry all the time... and I know with my workout I bend to be eating more but it’s seriously all the time. I need a little extra help. Thanks!

Eat 5 smaller meals a day and make sure they're packed with protein! If you snack, snack on green veggies like broccoli and celery. Don't take an appetite suppressant, they're really bad for your metabolism. If you're hungry, your body isn't getting enough protein!!

Download a nutrition app (like my fitness pal) and use that to track your nutrients and macros. It will tell you if you are eating too much fat or not enough protein. Then adjust based on your needs and goals.
