Does anyone get headache or migraines every day?

I do if I drink too much fizzy, chocolate or Chinese food ☹️. It runs in my family, my mum, sister, aunty, myself and my cousin are sensitive to them so stress brings them on, lack of sleep, too much sleep, periods etc 🙈

I was getting headaches every day. My doctor had me get some x rays, and discovered I have mild arthritis in my neck from an old injury. I went to physical therapy for my neck, and after going once a week for 4 months my headaches went away completely.

I used to but they eased up quite a bit. I Don't know why though,  I didn't change anything...

I have in the past but I started going to a chiropractor for awhile and it helped.
