My inositol & vitex together?

Hello ladies , i have a pcos & TTC . I have heard about these supplements . Can someone recommend me that this can be taken together & how much dosage should i take everyday. If someone  can send me picture of these 2 supplements ? 
Can i take these supplements during periods also?  Please help

i take 1600mg vitex, 1500mg myo inositol, and 50mg d chiro inositol every day. i think 800 vitex is more normal tho. my amount is on the high side

Look into Fairhaven health, their website is vey helpful! I was taking there supplements in November, they are a little expensive, but they often email coupons!
