Did I ovulate?
Hi can someone please look at my bbt chart and tell me if I ovulated or not? I have PCOS and have been on Metformin for 3 months now. My doctor feels I have low progesterone levels but still hasn’t done a day 21 test (which in my case would be much later due to my longer cycle). I have only started having regular periods for the last two cycles (38 and 35 days). Does the dip mean I ovulated? And why is my temp lower than others? Thank you so much !
