I don't know what to do
So I had a miscarriage and 2 chemicals. I've turned to drinking because I don't know how to deal with this. I do t want to go to councilng but I don't know what to do anyone.
Anyway have any advice? I do t want to keep drinking but I don't want to talk to anyone because I don't know what to say??...
