AF after D&C?

I had a D&C; on 1/13 at 10 weeks pregnant. I bled red for one day, then spotted brown for 3 days and I haven't bled or spotted since then. 
Today, I started feeling lower abdominal cramps similar to my period cramps, feeling bloated, headaches, and then I just went to the bathroom and wiped and it was light red blood. Not a lot, but I never had heavy periods. I've never saturated a light tampon and it only lasts 3-4 days. 
Could this be my period? My HCG was 62 on Wednesday if that matters at all.

It could be your period love they say anywhere from 2-6 weeks from a D&C; you can have your period, but if your HcG isn’t back down under 5 your body is probably still recognizing you as pregnant. My question is have you BD since your D&C;? Because if you have you could have ovulated and it could be implantation bleeding. I had a D&C; on 1/18 ovulated 1/28. My HcG on Wednesday was a 4.
