Clogged ducts
Anyone know how to unclog your ducts?? I used to be able to pump at least 2 1/2 ounces each sitting ( while also breastfeeding on the nipple) but now I can barely get anything out and I’m pretty sure my son is getting pissy with me cause he can’t get anything when I feed him on the nipple
I’m 2 weeks pp also if that makes any difference
