Has anybody here taken too much preworkout?
I chugged 2 scoops of C4 before the gym first thing in the morning and I think it was too much because as soon as I got there I felt dizzy and hungry/nauseous. It was so bad I had to leave. It's a shitty feeling and I just hope it passes soon. I thought I could handle it because I'm a pretty habitual caffeine drinker. Has this happened to yall?
