Need a little help.

So, I can't get to the doctor very soon, (I have an appointment but I didn't think it would hurt to post this.) and I just wanted to know if this has happened to someone else. My left labia is extremely dry and swollen, and since its dry it hurts. I haven't had sex and I'm not sure what would have caused this. Or if its really a serious thing.
