12 dpo I think we have a positive!

5 months TTC baby #1 and I am 12 dpo today. I did bleed a tiny tiny bit yesterday and was in tears because I thought AF was coming. Today got a faint second line on my HCG strip. Took a first response and got this! 🤞🏼
