So when does it REALLY start?!

There seems to be some conflicting information on when the third trimester REALLY starts. Glow says 26 weeks and what to expect says 28 🤦🏼‍♀️
What information did YOU guys receive?? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I just go by this chart. Since 40/3 is roughly 13.3, it matches up with that and that's what works best for me.

I just go with 27 weeks since its in the middle of 26 and 28.

Technically 2/3 of 40 weeks is 26.6667. So just over halfway through your 26th week is the start of the 3rd trimester, some round down to 26 weeks and others round up to 27 weeks.

My OB and the hospital I’ll be delivering at consider 27 weeks to be the start of the third trimester.

I’m going with 27 weeks also! Glow also determined my ovulation date wrong. My doctors never have my due dates right. The ultrasound is right but they refuse to pay attention. At either rate from my research other pregnancies and information I’m going with 27 weeks.   I’m 26 weeks today!
