Building butt advice?
I'm 5'4 about 115 pounds. I'm trying to a build a butt but I have no experience in this stuff. I have two 3 pounds weights, two 5 pounds, and two 10 pounds.
My question for you is how many squats should I be doing and with which weights to start off with? Also I need help figuring out which days I should be squatting and which days I should be taking a break because I researched and there's so many different answers!!
FYI I don't have a gym membership. I'm doing this all from home so if ya'll could post before and after pics of results and also give me tips on what home equipment I should get, that would be appreciated :)
