Early pregnancy signs!?

My husband and I are trying to have our 1st child together. I’m a plus sized lady who had gastric bypass surgery in May 2009. I’ve been on prenatal vitamins to help malabsorption of bit vitamins. I had a scary spring\summer last year when I almost died to blood loss due severe anemia and some scar tissue issues. I’m currently at healthy levels, and if I am pregnant I want to protect this life inside me with all I have. My husband and I did the “deed” during my fertile days..and we hit my peak fertile day. I’ve been tired, my knee is killing me, I’ve experienced spurts of nausea (actually threw up yesterday), and I’ve been having bizarre vivid dreams. Is this in my head, or these the signs. It’s to early to take a home test. Can anyone help me?

I’m 31...and I want to have my kids before I’m an old lady and can’t keep up with them.. 😂
