I was diagnosed with PCOS around a year ago after I started to try for a baby (about a year and a half of trying in total). I had gained weight after coming off the pill and my periods were between 35 and 60 days apart. I went through all the blood tests and had an hcg about 2 months ago and all seemed reasonably ok.
At this point I decided to try to naturally sort myself out and lost 15lbs by exercising 4 times a week and trying to stick to a low GI diet. I reduced dairy intake a little too.
This morning I had 2 lines and I'm still in shock!!! I know it's early and my condition means more chance of miscarriage, but fingers crossed all goes ok. I hope this helps those of you in similar situation to me :-)
