What’s wrong with me

So yesterday out of nowhere I got sick felt nauseous and headache so I Lay down for a few hours and as soon as I set up I had to run to the bathroom now this may sound a little graphic but it was coming out of that inns honestly not sure what’s going on because all I had to eat today was a piece of cake and some Pringles I haven’t ate today because of scared that I’m gonna throw up any idea of what of what it could be
