wtf is wrong with me!?!?!?

so I've had a lump on my labia near my clit for a couple days (or so I think) and I've had more discharge than normal. the lump is sorta painful and it just keeps growing!!! I've only had one sexual partner and I'm still with him, we both got checked a couple months ago and we were clean.. any ideas what this could be!!??! I would go see my doctor, but my insurance just expired and I don't have a job so I really can't afford it..
