Deciphering positive OPK

New to this whole trying to conceive thing considering I already have been blessed with two little girls (ages 10 & 8) with previous marriage. Never expected to end up in a relationship that I took seriously enough to want to have more children but I know he wants one of our own (he is also 5 yrs younger than me where as my previous partner and father of my children is a year older than myself). I’m just worried that since we haven’t been really trying to prevent a pregnancy since we’ve been together for the past year and change, that maybe I’m not able to at 32 like I did 10yrs ago with my first and second to follow 2 years later. I did just start using OPKs just bc I don’t feel like the all the period apps could be as on point with fertility days bc my period has always either been 2-3 days earlier or later every month for the past 6 months. I took the top, first strip at 1pm today and then had to take another one to silence my thoughts at 6pm-ish and the last one about 30 mins ago.. are they positive?
