At what week is it best to get a 3D/4D scan?

Not too far from us we have a place that does 3d and 4d scans. My husband works days so it’s hard for him to take off to go to my doctors appointments with me when I go for ultrasounds. We’ve had a billion done but he’s only got to see one of them and her back was towards us the entire time so he didn’t get to see what I usually see :( (her sucking her thumb, toes in her face, you name it lol) so my question is, what week would it be good to get a good quality scan to see her little features and what not? I’m 29 weeks right now and they are inducing me at 37 weeks so I guess anytime between here that wouldn’t be too late or too early lol.
