I thought I was 9 weeks but only measured 7w4D and no heart beat. Is there any hope at this stage? Baby was perfect apart from not measuring up to dates and no heart beat

There’s a reason they don’t do ultrasounds until 8-9 weeks, majority the time the ultrasound can’t pick up the heartbeat because it’s so small
