Dizzy & white little specks???

Hi ladies. So, I am currently 30 weeks & 2 days pregnant with twins. Today at about 2:30, I was at work and suddenly started to see little white specks in my vision. I sat down and started to get dizzy. Not really sure what's going on. Has anyone had this happen before & should I worry about it?

That’s often a sign of low blood pressure or iron deficiency. If it happens really regularly, call your doctor.

I had this and I was anaemic so am on iron tablets now which have made such a difference. Hope you are ok but best to get checked out by the docs. X
