Miscarriage... pregnant...???

January 30th I found out I was pregnant after AF was missing for 5 days. First pregnancy, I told my husband and same day at night I started severe cramping and bleeding. I knew it was a miscarriage. Next day Dr called with my hcg level and said they were low at 16. And confirmed me that it sounded like a miscarriage. I bleed for 5 days. Yesterday I had to get my labs done again to check my hcg. Today the doctor called to tell me my hcg increased to 68. I don't know what is happening... I had mentally accepted I miscarried and now I'm not sure how to feel. Has any of you experienced something like this? I'm so scared.
