Itchy boobs?

I am 7 weeks and my boobs are still sore but now they itch too . Anyone else have that happening ?!

I’m 19 weeks my boobs aren’t sore but they itch like crazy and when they do that including my nipples I seem to have a small growth in my size.  I use baby oil and vitamin e cream :)
