Acne during first trimester

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help this horrible hormonal acne? I typically will have a pimple or two during my period but never this bad since I’ve been pregnant.. it hurts and a new bump pops up overnight. I’ve tried to not pop them but when I wash my face they basically explode - it’s disgusting. It’s mainly on my chin and right below. I’ve tried cetaphil, Murad spot treatment for acne, Sunday Riley with salicylic acid(I’ve read pregnant woman can’t use this, is that true?).. is there any suggestions that you ladies have that helped? 🙅🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
