Things that help me when I’m having rough times: arts, crafts, and my cat.
I painted the canvas background months ago... been telling myself I need to sit down and paint some words on it. It was nice to finally sit and add something positive to it- especially since my anxiety has been high and I’ve been feeling more and more depressed (parent issues). I can’t wait to see my beautiful sister, who I thought of when I painted this, and gift it to her to remind her how proud I am of her for returning back to school to finish her degree.
