He’s keeping me a secret...

We have been wanting to be in a relationship for a while now. But because of distance we can’t just yet but also because of his family. He hasn’t told any of them about me especially his parents. At one point he said he can’t tell them now because they aren’t fans of plus size women and want someone skinnier for him. So I went off about that, but that was a few weeks ago. We have to meet in secret. I have to tell him constantly I will not be a secret forever. What should i do? I’m 18 he is 17 turning 18 in less than 2 months. I don’t want to play this game much longer. Should I let us go and move on?
