So I’ve just bought the diva cup and this is my first period using it. I read the instructions and it says to turn it a full circle once it is inserted. For me it is quite painful to insert, but once it is higher than probably normal it is comfortable. This also means that it is too hard for me to turn it. Is it necessary to turn it. So far I haven’t had any leaks
