Which day is 1 DPO?

I had a positive opk on 2/3/18 (CD 17). Does that mean I ovulated on CD 18? Based on my chart and my positive opk date, how many DPO would you say I am? Thank you!!

Just based on what I see on my own charts, I agree with what yours says 😊 I think you ovulated on CD 17 and you’re 5 DPO.
It is a bit odd your OPK was positive on that same day, but I’ve had very little luck using them since TTC (tried lots of brands/twice a day/not drinking for 2 hours etc). The cycle I got my BFP I never got a positive OPK; other times I’ve got a positive 4 days before ovulation; other times I’ve got a positive OPK on the day of ovulation. 
Measure your BBT every day, follow your BBT app’s guidelines closely (I use Natural Cycles: https://goo.gl/uh5eq4) and BD every other day during your fertile week - even though I miscarried last week, that’s how we got our BFP after 9 months of trying to time sex based on my OPKs. Good luck! X

I would agree with CD17 for your O-Date. You can ovulate on the same day as your peak OPK. It all depends on when your LH surge hits and it can go quick. You may have just hit the tail of your LH surge and ovulated later that day. Good luck!
