Looking for people who have had same experience

I’m 6 weeks, 3 days. A week abo I started spotting brown on and off. 2 days later a bit of light blood and then everyday progressed to a bit more red blood but still only light bleeding onto a liner. I get the most blood when I wipe at times. Sometimes I get dull aching like period aches but not always. Got sent for a scan yesterday and baby is still there, can’t detect heartbeat yet as she said it’s too soon and they’re not 100% on my weeks as I have irregular periods. And they can’t explain why I’m bleeding... so you think if I was to miscarry I would’ve already right??

I have to follow up with my dr soon and get my bloods back to look at my levels, I just hope baby is alive and maybe they can give me something like progesterone to help with bleeding...
