When to go to OB

How many weeks were you when you scheduled your first OB appointment. I don't want to go too early. Still trying to find an affordable insurance as well so I can't go immediately. But I don't want to wait too late either!

In Oregon they have you wait until your 8 weeks.

My doctor made the appointment for 5+5 but I don’t know if they will do a scan or just do some blood work & ask questions.

Every doctor is different.. mine doesn’t see you until you’re 11weeks unless you are having problems or high risk

Usually after 9 weeks but sometimes doctors are booked and can’t see you until 9-11 weeks. When you call they ask you when your last period was and they usually tell you when you see the doctor.
