miscarriage
I found out I was pregnant two days ago I'm 4w3d today I didn't expect to be pregant either I've been very crampy and this annoying lower back pain and was some blood on my underwear before bed and when I wiped it had a pink look to it .. could be I'm starting to misscarry ?
