Blood on TP

I’m 7.5 weeks pregnant. I went to the bathroom and after a BM I wiped and found pink blood on the toilet paper...several times. Naturally, I burst into tears, fearing the worst, and googled everything to find a reason for it. Google isn’t a doctor or 100% reliable, I know, but it says it’s possibly from a hemorrhoid. I know I need to call my doctor, but I have an appointment on Monday (my very first OBGYN appt since finding out about my pregnancy). Should I wait and just mention it Monday, or should I call tomorrow?
