Early labor

Hey ladies last Saturday at 10:30pm I started to experience tightening in my stomach super hard and vaginal pressure I noticed it wasn’t going away and actually kept coming I waiting until 2:30am still nothing worked I drank water , I turn on my left side nothing and then I turned on my right nothing still coming , I set up , I ate something still not help so finally went to hospital. I felt dumb because I was like watch it be nothing we’ll turn out I was getting contractions not Braxton Hicks ones and they were regular 3-4 mins apart so they had to give me the shot to stop luckily it worked but this my fourth baby never experienced that does that mean he could possibly come early ??? Just asking. I’m 34 weeks
