How much does alcohol effect your BBT?

I am in my TWW so I’m obviously not drinking right now. However, if AF decides to show I would like a glass of wine. This is something I enjoy maybe once a week, but don’t want to mess up my charts.

I dont find that A GLASS of wine affects my charts, but 3 or 4 definitely rises it 😆. Everypne responds differently though. I would just make a note of it and then youll start to see a patter.

My doctor said drink until you read double pink!! Drinking during TWW is fine

2-3 glasses for me doesn't cause a temp rise, but drinking all day or a whole bottle will definitely mess with my temps 🤣
