Bedtime routine issue

So my significant other doesn’t seem to care about our baby having a bedtime schedule . Told me that they don’t sleep early and wants to play video games with friends and that I’m being inconsiderate because I want the lights off in the room and no noise for the baby. We all share one room right now and I have tried talking and explaining to my significant other already ... what else can I do 😩
