Could I be pregnant???? please help idk who to ask

ok so maybe I'm a bit paranoid but two weeks ago I decided to skip my placebo because my withdrawal periods were soooo heavy. then on Saturday I saw my boyfriend and of course we had sex a few times. But since I skipped my placebo Ive been spotting. And last week ive had cramps and even one day I had a strange recurring sharp pain in my vagina, just just barely inside). And I've been sooooo hungry all week too.

So am I having these symptoms because I skipped my placebo? or am I pregnant
