So I had a second miscarriage December 14th (first we did d and c and this second one we used the pills inserted to induce the miscarriage because my body wouldn’t expel on its own)

and I had a positive ovulation test January 15th .. I use clear blue digital advance tests so it blinks when it’s close to O and it stays the smiley face for 48 hours when it is O day.. I took one yesterday and there was no smiley face and I took one today and it shows I O today which I do have some cramping. What really confuses me is I’m still spotting right now.. have been on and off again since my miscarriage .. I’m wondering if it’s still possible to conceive right now even though I am spotting and ovulating at the same time.
