Slim Fast
Has anyone tried the SlimFast plan? I just bought a starter kit. I’m getting married in September and want to slim down!
This is me now, I’m 5’7 and just hit my highest weight at 264. I’m trying to get back down to around 200 or lower. I feel like I look terrible, and I want to feel confident in my dress.
