miss perioud

i am 5 days late i done a test on thursday morning and then on saturday morning and they both came back negative, i had no symptoms of that my period starting like i normally would as i suffer with bad cramps and back pain and with my first baby i didnt have any morning sickness or sore boobs, i dont know what to do next i didnt get a positive till 11 weeks gone with my first eather its hard as im a care worker and would like to know as soon as possible if i am pregnant to be able to be careful at work x
