Weird rash, or bruises

So, I have these splotches that keep coming up and further up my legs. It’s looks bruise like, but almost rash like (but no inflammation, irritation, itching etc). It’s painless but I have no idea what it is. Idk if I should see my primary dr or a dermatologist. If anyone has something similar and could give some insight that would be wonderful!
