People will get sick....

I went to the doctor today for extreme pain in left lung when I move or breath. I have Pleurisy and beginning Acute Bronchitis. My doctor said he can't tell if I am contagious or not. He said it may be a good idea to try and take a day or 2 off of work. I have been trying to get someone to cover my shift and no one will. I have no choice but to go in tomorrow in pain so bad I can barley move or breath and possibly contagious. I am so worried I will get others sick! Some of my coworkers that can't cover because they have a different job title have children that they could pass this on to. I plan on seeing if they have a mask for me to wear and I'm taking a scarf in case they don't, but tomorrow is gonna be rough.
