Gallbladder stone and labour

I’m pretty sure the reason I went into preterm labour was because of a gall bladder attack. I have an ultrasound on the 16th if this month to confirm I do have gallstones. I hurt all the time I have lost my appetite but force my self to eat then get pain that last all day I can’t sleep. For those that had gallbladder issues how was labour did it hurt more because of them. I’m 37.2 Days. I so desperately want to be induced I can’t live with this pain but baby is fine. My general Sergio said my liver levels were slightly high but that it’s normal for having gallstones. I have no idea how to relieve the pain . Please help this momma scared labour going to be worse with this.
