Help! Going for a job no idea what to say!

Lowkey having anxiety over here, ok ok highkey! I used to work at this hotel as a house keeper. During the winter besides skiers hotels slow down so I wasn't being worked as often and there was other issues so I quit. It was all in good terms. Now there's a job open in the kitchen, something I wanted since I went there and I've talked to the girls in the kitchen etc they all told me to go and talk to the guy in charge about giving me a job.

The only problem is I have no idea what to say to him. Like he's not expecting me or anything and I'm not even sure he remembers who I am. Please help 😭 I leave in two hours to talk to him 😭😭😭😭😭😱😱😱
