Me and my boyfriend had sex while I was on my period, but i was at the very end. There was barely any blood. I gave him a hand job and he had slimy things come out his D, but it was definitely not sperm. I’m guessing it was pre-cum though. Then I gave him a blowjob and it still kept coming out. Then he put his D in me while he had that “precum?” on his D? Do you think it was pre cum & could I get pregnant? *we didn’t use a condom & im not on contraception*

It is unlikely to get pregnant from pre cum. 
It’s also unlikely you were ovulating at that part of your cycle. You have to be ovulating to get pregnant.

Precum fluid had dead or no sperm at all.
It is possible for small amounts of sperm to exit your reproductive system and make its way into the precum.
The common answer is no you can't get pregnant off precum; however, women around the world have become pregnant from precum, and thus we cannot rule out the possibility.
There are rare cases where living sperm can be present in the precum and conception subsequently possible. So while it is a possibility it's unlikely.
