bodycon dresses for curvier girls

hey guys I'm basically a curvier girl (mainly around my stomach area - lumps and bumps you know the gist). I bought a bodycon dress cause I thought fuck it I wanna look and feel pretty, but can anyone recommended a way I can reduce the appearance of my lumps and bumps? I'm in the UK and primark do some nice body control items nowadays, would it be best to opt for a whole body thing? I've got body control underwear but that can just cause a bit of flab around the top😂 any tips I'd appreciate thank you!
