Hi, I’m 5 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼 lately I’ve started to get such bad cramps, that make me feel in so much pain, I’m really concerned and am going to go to the doctors, twins runs in both mine and my fiancées families, is it possible this pain is just the growth of the baby or growth of twins, or is it likely to be bad news? I really cannot lose this baby 😭😭🤰🏼
