question...needing reassurance

I had my first appointment today and had a transvaginal ultrasound. I'm 6 weeks+2 going by my LMP. the only thing my provider could find was that my endometrial lining was good and thick and no free fluid. but no GS, YS...nothing. she took blood and I'll get those results tomorrow and have another draw Thursday to check my levels. has any other ladies had an US that early and not been able to see anything? My first two pregnancies I had my first US at 10 weeks and 19 weeks so I don't have any experience with this so naturally I'm worried since nothing was found and I see people on here with earlier gestations and something visible. my line progression was great testing from home and I still have strong pregnancy symptoms. also im not overweight and have a small frame. just looking for some reassurance. thanks ladies
