question

so i was wondering if having sex for the first time could change your period? this might sound like a really dumb question but my boyfriend and i had sex for the first time around a month ago a day before i was supposed to start my period. after sex it was actually late which freaked me out but then came a couple days after and i am for sure it was my period because it was too heavy to be implantation. basically after having sex for the first time my period ended up being decently light but not too light, then the last day super heavy? i never have light periods so i’m just curious now
