This may be a really dumb question but how do I go about scheduling a gynaecologist appointment? I'm in Ontario and 22. I have never gone, other than as a follow up after a miscarriage. The dr from the hospital had me come to her office a week later to check on things.

Do I need a referral from my family dr? Or would I be able to call the same office I went to from the hospital?
